Right of Withdrawal

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://print-big.com. If you use this online function, we will send you confirmation of receipt without undue delay on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including information on the content of the withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt.

You can also complete and submit the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement electronically on our website at https://print-big.com/return/. If you make use of this option, we will send you confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal without undue delay (e.g. by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion and early expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

• for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal requirements;
• for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• for the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed at the time of the conclusion of the contract, which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract, and whose current value depends on market fluctuations beyond the control of the trader;
• for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts:

• for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal was removed after delivery;
• for the supply of goods that, after delivery and according to their nature, were inseparably mixed with other items;
• for the supply of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal was removed after delivery.
