Take your RatRig V-Core 4 printer to the next level! With the Print BIG SFU1605 upgrade, your z-axis becomes more powerful. The enormous stability in combination with a gear ratio increases the precision and torque of your z-axis.

The integrated wobble-x system ensures that any inaccuracies that occur during production or assembly are compensated for without compromising the quality of the print result.

The z-axis of the V-Core 4 can be seen as a bottleneck and slows down the quality of the print results – Time to get your z axis upgrade!

With this upgrade you get:

• Complete SFU1605 system incl. Wobble X – All components needed are included – Including high quality 3D printing components in fiber reinforced material – No self sourcing needed!
• Higher precision and force in the z-axis – Thanks to the new transmission, your z-axis has more force and higher precision. In combination with the ball screw spindles, your z-axis is at an industrial level. Our kit allows you to print thin layer thicknesses with high and consistent quality, even with long z-axes
• An installation guide – Allows you to quickly and easily upgrade your existing RatRig V-Core 4
• No loss in z-axis height – You can continue to print the height that your RatRig V-Core 4 allows (300/400/500). On the contrary – you can even print a little higher than before! 5mm higher to be exact!
• Sophisticated components – We have focused on sophisticated parts and components in the development of this set to ensure easy assembly and maximum quality
• Maintenance-free system – Once installed, you don’t have to worry about a thing. The only thing you need to do is check the belt tension, which is quick and easy thanks to our tensioning mechanism and a hole in the system that allows you to feel the belt tension directly.
• No extra feet – This upgrade kit works with the RatRig standard feet – these just need to be raised slightly (see installation instructions)
• One Kit for all versions – No Matter if you are using the Standard, Hybrid or IDEX Version of the RatRig V-Core 4. This kit fits all versions.
